A stainless steel, wind powered kinetic sculpture

One of three bikes built in collaboration with 2 other builders

A bike that pivots in the front and back

This nerf blaster was designed and built for an advanced mechatronics class project

An extra funky bike for commuting and hauling large cargo

2023

Creating a mesmerizing kinetic sculpture driven by a small motor and lit by a ring of LEDs

Designing and building a half-dart nerf blaster to experiment with closed loop solenoid control

Designing a small scale manufacturing setup to CNC machine ~200 bottle openers on a very short timeline.

Designing and building a miniature cargo bike to be my daily commuter

2022

Co-Designing and building a full squish, extra long bicycle for carrying lots of delicate cargo.

Creating an audio reactive led display for my kitchen.

Development of a Printed Circuit Board to teach Middle and High Schoolers how soldering can be applied to create electronic devices.

Modifying a tiny bike frame to accept a custom escooter electronics system.

Involves: TIG welding, Laser cutting, Arduino, Soldering, Milling, Turning

2021

Machining and soldering a pair of LED matrix rails to fit on my onewheel pint.

Includes: CAD, CAM, CNC Machining, Arduino, Soldering, Programming

Using laser etching to create the screens needed to print custom t-shirts

Includes: Laser Cutting, Graphic Design, Screen Printing

Designing and casting Thor's Hammer as part of the annual Cast In Steel competition

Includes: CAD Design, FEA Analysis, Gating Design, Steel Casting

Building a functional replica of the jukebox from the video game Minecraft

This box relies on a mechanically inserted RFID Tag. The tag's ID is read by an Arduino. Based on this ID, the Arduino plays a song off of a Micro SD card through two speakers.

2020

Creating a dodgeball launching robot to compete in the 2020 First Robotics Competition.

Includes: Prototyping, CAD Design, Laser Cutting, Software Integration
